Our Policy (Terms & Conditions)

  • All orders received by 3S Surveying are subject to approval by Credit Department. You may submit any service requests via email:

  • 3S Surveying standard sales terms are Net 30 days for only established accounts from shipping date for purchase.

  • Some special products such as GPS, Robotics, Scanners and software require a 15% deposit with the order.

  • All prices, when quoted are FOB 3S Surveying’s office in Port Moody, BC Canada

  • 3S Surveying also reserves the right to change all prices, products specifications, terms of sales and cancel any back-order without prior notice.

  • 3S Surveying is required by law to charge, collect, report and pay sales tax as in below;

    • 12% (GST + PST) in BC, Canada,

    • 5% (GST) in all other provinces in Canada.

  • Ownership of goods (in transit) passes to the purchaser at the time that the courier company signs the packing slip. The purchaser is responsible to obtain adequate insurance coverage on the goods located at 3S Surveying location.

  • In case of a shipment be lost and/or damaged in transit, the consignee must register a claim with the courier. We will help to provide the necessary documents upon request.

  • All shipments, are uninsured unless insurance is specially requested by the customer. When goods leave out premises insurance coverage becomes the customer’s responsibility.

  • All merchandise should be examined immediately upon receipt. In event of damage, either outward or concealed, notify the carrier and file a report with them immediately.

  • All claims for shortages or error in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained for merchandise returned or exchanged upon approval of 3S Surveying Manager. A 15% handling fees will charge on them. You may submit your request via email: or contact us by telephone at: 1-778-836-0872. Please include the invoice and part number of the product you wish to return along with the reason  for the return. Such returned product must be current, new, unmarked and in original packaging with all warranty information as originally supplied. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and delivered to  certified carrier within 15 days of return authorization. All RMA’s are good for only 15 days, so to receive credit.

  • Our customers are required to provide adequate insurance for 3S Surveying rental equipment.

  • Rental rates are available as daily, weekly and monthly and the customer having the option to pay the rental charges at the end of the rental period.

  • The customer can keep the rental equipment for the purpose of purchase after the end of the first month of rental duration and might apply only the first month payment of rental towards purchasing.

  • The rental duration starts from the day the equipment leaves 3S Surveying location to the day the equipment  arrives/returns to 3S Surveying.

  • The customer agrees to pay 3S Surveying for he cost of any repair or replacement any broken or missing parts at the time the rental equipment returned to 3S Surveying.
